Commercial Manager - Beauty

About the role

The Commercial Manager – Beauty will lead the Myli Health & Beauty business across all channels in Jordan, overseeing profit‑and‑loss, strategy and growth. Reporting to the Country Head, you will ensure seamless integration of commercial, operational and omni‑channel activities to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end P&L and drive profitability for physical stores, e‑commerce and digital platforms.
• Develop and execute annual and multi‑year business strategies aligned with group objectives.
• Lead business development, new store openings, digital initiatives and market expansion projects.
• Define competitive assortment, pricing and omni‑channel merchandising strategies.
• Ensure merchandising teams apply planograms and assortment structures consistently across all channels.
• Oversee daily operational performance, compliance with SOPs, health, safety and service standards.
• Coordinate commercial, operational and omni‑channel execution to maintain market relevance.
• Adapt corporate standards to local market needs while maintaining brand integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in retail management.
• Proven experience in the health & beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L and lead cross‑functional, omni‑channel operations.
• Track record of driving business growth, transformation and expansion.
