Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join the External Affairs team of Philip Morris Misr in Amman, Jordan. You will lead corporate communication programmes that raise awareness of our strategic goals and support the transition to a smoke‑free future.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement communication strategies tailored to the Jordanian market, including media and advocacy mapping.
• Develop and execute high‑profile PR campaigns and content pieces that highlight business initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to secure significant media coverage across print, broadcast and digital platforms.
• Manage communication initiatives that generate strong interest on social media and traditional media channels.
• Prepare and deliver crisis communication responses as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in external communications and public relations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical abilities, self‑organized, and achievement‑oriented.
