Compliance Manager – ISO & Regulatory Governance

About the role

As a Compliance Manager you will lead the organization’s efforts to maintain ISO certifications and meet regulatory requirements. You will oversee compliance monitoring, internal audits, documentation control and risk management to ensure continuous improvement and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301) and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact and update compliance frameworks.
• Develop, plan and execute the annual internal audit program across all certified management systems.
• Conduct audits, report findings and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Manage the controlled documentation system, ensuring creation, review, approval and archiving of policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate surveillance, recertification and external audits, acting as primary liaison with certification bodies.
• Identify and manage compliance risks, non‑conformances and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance management, internal auditing and ISO certification maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards listed above and related regulatory environments.
• Ability to interpret regulatory changes and translate them into actionable controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
