Consultancy to Design and Deliver Nine Digital Skills Workshops

About the role

The Arab Women Organization of Jordan seeks a qualified consultant or specialized training firm to design, prepare, and deliver a series of nine three‑day digital‑skills workshops for 180 women activists across Jordan. The training will be conducted in Arabic and aims to boost digital competency for advocacy, networking, and civic engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assess participants’ current digital competencies and training needs.
• Develop a modular, inclusive curriculum linking digital tools to women’s leadership and advocacy.
• Prepare training materials, facilitator guides, and assessment tools.
• Deliver nine 3‑day workshops, ensuring accessibility for diverse geographic and social contexts.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑training assessments and report on competency improvements.
• Document lessons learned and provide recommendations for follow‑up learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering digital‑skills training, preferably for NGOs or community groups.
• Understanding of gender‑focused empowerment and women’s political participation.
• Fluency in Arabic (training language) and strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with participants of varying digital experience and accessibility needs.
