Creative Video Editor for Long-Form & Social Media Content

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Video Editor to produce and manage both long‑form and short‑form video content for our educational and marketing platforms. The role involves editing YouTube videos, training modules, and social‑media reels while ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Edit long‑form YouTube and training videos, adding graphics, captions, transitions and animations.
• Segment training videos into clear chapters and structure content for optimal learner flow.
• Create short‑form reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other social channels.
• Upload and organize videos on YouTube and the Skool training environment, writing optimized titles, descriptions and lesson titles.
• Design professional thumbnails for each video.
• Leverage AI tools for title generation, description writing, content optimization and script ideas.
• Maintain organized project files, manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team, incorporate feedback and contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling.
