About the role

Concentrix is seeking bilingual Arabic/English Customer Service Advisors to join its on‑site team in Irbid. You will engage with customers from top brands across various industries, providing support through multiple channels while contributing to a globally recognized, award‑winning workplace.

Key responsibilities

Review customer requests and respond according to their needs and situations.
Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media, chat) to ensure a consistent experience.
Develop technical skills and learn software solutions that improve people’s lives.
Champion better brand experiences for customers and clients.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English.
Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented.
Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
