About the role

Join Global Exchange Jordan LLC at Queen Alia International Airport as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the front‑line contact for customers needing foreign currency services, ensuring smooth, accurate transactions and a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with buying and selling foreign currency, providing up‑to‑date exchange rates and fee information.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Process cash transactions accurately while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Verify customer identification and maintain compliance with anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Promote additional products and services offered by the exchange.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight hours.
• Previous retail experience is highly valued.
• Valid work permit for Jordan.
