About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer orders accurately and ensuring timely follow‑up on inquiries. The role combines order management, customer communication, and data analysis to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

Receive and process orders through the Altitude System, verify pricing, barcodes and packaging, and flag any errors to Sales Executives.
Validate orders in JDE, push them to credit control, and generate daily error‑summary reports.
Answer all customer calls, log inquiries, forward them to the appropriate internal department, and ensure resolution within 48 hours.
Cross‑check orders for discrepancies and perform data analysis to produce reports for management.

Required profile

Graduate in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or data‑entry role.

Required skills

Proficiency with JDE ERP system.
Experience using the Altitude System for order entry.
Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
