Development & Commercialization Manager – Jordan

About the role

The Development & Commercialization Manager will lead the end‑to‑end process of bringing new products to market in Jordan, working closely with Tier 1 factories and internal technical teams. This role ensures product integrity, manufacturability, and cost targets while driving continuous improvement and digitalisation within the supply base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage development and commercialization of assigned products, coordinating Tier 1 factory personnel and technical teams.
• Provide technical expertise to transition designs into samples and production, meeting manufacturability, material, timeline, and cost objectives.
• Continuously upgrade technical applications, processes, and implement new technologies.
• Supervise the development flow between Headquarters/Creation Center and Tier 1 factories, prioritising the Create‑to‑Value approach.
• Influence cross‑functional partners (Design, Marketing, Brand Operations, Quality) and external suppliers to resolve conflicts and drive change.
• Make day‑to‑day decisions within scope and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Model inclusive leadership and promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in product engineering, development, and commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product testing, material types, and costing principles.
• Ability to read shell patterns, 2D/3D blueprints, BOM/CBD, and cost breakdowns.
• Creative mindset with strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
