Diagnostic (Master) Technician

About the role

Harlem Group, the authorized distributor of Jetour in Jordan, is looking for an experienced Diagnostic (Master) Technician to join its Aftersales Department. You will diagnose complex vehicle faults, carry out advanced repairs, and ensure all work meets manufacturer standards while supporting workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive faults.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs.
• Ensure all repairs comply with Jetour manufacturer standards.
• Maintain workshop productivity and support team efficiency.
• Deliver high‑quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and ability to interpret technical manuals.
• Accurate troubleshooting of complex vehicle issues.
