Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, launch and optimise digital campaigns across multiple online channels. You will work closely with the Branding department to ensure all digital content aligns with the company’s visual identity and voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns on social media, search engines, email and other platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Coordinate with Branding to maintain brand consistency in all digital assets.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with online communities and respond to audience interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for content creation and campaign execution.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices and emerging digital tools.
• Support the development and execution of SEO/SEM strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including campaign management on multiple platforms.
• Proven track record managing branding‑related digital projects.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
