Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mawasem, a leading franchise operator in Jordan, is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to boost the online presence of its diverse portfolio of international brands. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, COO, designers and other team members to ensure consistent, engaging digital experiences across Instagram, Facebook and brand websites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms, including carousel ads, GDN, retargeting and conversion initiatives.
• Maintain daily posting schedules for Instagram and Facebook, manage community interactions and drive audience engagement.
• Update brand websites, landing pages and promotional microsites, ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual standards.
• Develop and manage bilingual (Arabic & English) content calendars, coordinating with designers to produce visuals and digital assets.
• Track campaign performance, generate insights, prepare regular reports and support budget optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in retail or F&B.
• Strong organisational, coordination and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
