About the role
The Cloud Kitchen Dispatcher coordinates the timely dispatch of food orders from the operating brand to assigned riders, ensuring a seamless process across kitchen staff, riders, and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage dispatch of orders from operating partners to riders and resolve any issues.
- Supervise and lead the dispatch team, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure tech systems and internet connectivity function throughout each shift.
- Conduct food safety checks, audits, and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Complete operational shift checklists and report problems to Kitchen Managers.
Required profile
- OHC & PIC certification required.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in dispatch operations or logistics.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Basic data gathering and analysis.
