Donor Reporting Officer – UNICEF Jordan

About the role

The Donor Reporting Officer will support UNICEF Jordan’s Partnerships Section by ensuring high‑quality, results‑based reporting to donors and partners. This role contributes to resource mobilisation, donor engagement and the communication of programme impact in a challenging humanitarian context.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit donor reports in line with donor requirements and UNICEF reporting standards.
• Coordinate donor meetings, briefings and partnership‑related events.
• Draft donor updates, briefing notes and communication materials that highlight programme achievements.
• Maintain reporting schedules, track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all reports.
• Gather, consolidate and verify information from programme sections for accurate results‑based reporting.
• Support the communication of results, lessons learned and impact to donors and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, communications, international development or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in reporting, programme support, monitoring & evaluation, communications or related areas.
• Experience with donor reporting or partnership management is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal English skills with excellent drafting and editing abilities.
• Ability to analyse, organise and synthesise information from multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and capacity to manage competing deadlines.
• Commitment to UNICEF’s values, child rights, equity and development outcomes.
