D&T Associate Manager - Planner

About the role

The D&T Associate Manager – Planner will support portfolio‑level planning, demand visibility, and delivery governance across the organization. This role works closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure plans are current, risks are tracked, and resources are optimally allocated.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio‑level plans, timelines, milestones and resource views.
• Consolidate demand data (new, change, ongoing) and keep a central view of pipeline, in‑flight and upcoming work.
• Maintain go‑live trackers, validate delivery timelines, readiness status and milestones.
• Coordinate inputs for Delivery Review Board and other governance forums, ensuring consistent status, risk and update capture.
• Track key dependencies across projects, identify potential impacts and facilitate early risk visibility.
• Support consolidation of financial data (CAPEX, PR) and align financials with delivery plans.
• Prepare leadership reporting inputs, highlighting updates, trends and areas requiring attention.
• Maintain data consistency across trackers and ensure version control.
• Assist delivery teams with execution frameworks, tools and templates, promoting consistent planning practices.
• Develop and maintain resource plans, providing visibility on allocation and identifying over‑ or under‑utilisation.
• Contribute to capacity planning by aligning demand with available resources and supporting prioritisation decisions.
