Enterprise Infrastructure Presales Supervisor

About the role

The Enterprise Infrastructure Presales Supervisor supports the sales team by delivering expert technical guidance and designing customized networking, security, and cloud solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role ensures that proposals align with customer business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to capture customer requirements and design appropriate networking, security, and cloud architectures.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates that reflect technical and business goals.
• Present technical solutions and demonstrations to customers, simplifying complex concepts.
• Develop and respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical proposals and documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Cisco, HPE, Fortinet, Dell, Huawei and related technologies.
• Build competitive business cases and ROI analyses, challenging costing elements with relevant stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with sales teams, customers, and vendors throughout the presales process.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 5‑8 years of experience in presales, solution design, or technical sales engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, HPE ASE, Dell Infrastructure, Fortinet NSE are highly desirable.
