About the role
As an Executive Assistant within EY's Core Business Services team in Amman, you will provide high‑level administrative support to a small group of Partners and Executives. You will act as a trusted liaison, managing diaries, travel, and communications while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and manage comprehensive diaries, travel arrangements and accommodation for Partners and Executives.
- Screen emails, respond or action as required, and coordinate follow‑up communications.
- Prepare weekly expense claims and timesheets.
- Handle phone calls and messages, directing follow‑up actions to the appropriate team members.
- Draft, edit and format documents such as presentations, reports, agendas and papers.
- Coordinate client events, both internal and external, across the MENA region.
Required profile
- Minimum six years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a Big 4 or global company.
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Proven organisational and time‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
