External Consultant – Advocacy Paper Development

About the role

The Jordan River Foundation seeks an experienced external consultant to draft and finalize an Advocacy Paper that captures the outcomes of its gender‑equality project. The paper will synthesize evidence, highlight behavioral shifts, and propose policy recommendations for national stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data from project interventions, surveys, and stakeholder interviews.
• Draft a comprehensive Advocacy Paper, ensuring clear, evidence‑based narrative.
• Incorporate project lessons learned and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with JRF staff and partners for review, feedback, and final approval.
• Prepare summary materials for a high‑level dissemination event.

Required profile

• Proven experience in policy research, advocacy writing, or similar consultancy work.
• Strong understanding of gender equality, child protection, and community‑based interventions.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
