About the role

FORM Corporate/Couture is seeking a creative Fashion Designer to join its Jordan studio. The role focuses on designing and developing uniform collections and couture‑inspired garments that reflect client brand identities while meeting the company’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and sketch new uniform designs and couture‑inspired pieces.
• Select appropriate textiles, trims and embroidery details to suit each project.
• Create detailed technical packs, drawings and specifications for production.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, sample rooms and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Oversee fittings, adjust patterns and refine silhouettes for optimal fit and comfort.
• Participate in client meetings, incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of client‑ready garments.

Required profile

• Formal education in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Experience in uniform, hospitality or couture design is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with CAD design tools.
• Embroidery design and application expertise.
