About the role
The Guest Service Expert (Hostess) creates a memorable dining experience by delivering attentive service and ensuring smooth operations. You will interact with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, greet guests, and manage seating arrangements.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and dining spaces.
- Handle menu inquiries, verify information, and assist guests with selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
