Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the finance team by preparing budgets, conducting costing analysis, and evaluating feasibility studies. The role provides financial insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct costing analysis and track product profitability.
• Develop feasibility studies for new projects, investments and business opportunities.
• Analyze financial performance, identify cost‑optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Build financial models and reports to support management decision‑making.
• Produce periodic financial reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Create and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver financial analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CMA certification (mandatory).
• 4‑5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, costing or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, costing and feasibility studies.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong experience with Power BI and data‑visualisation tools.
