Full-time On-site Teacher – Amman, Jordan

About the role

Brother is seeking a dedicated full‑time teacher to join its on‑site team in Amman. You will create engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons and support a diverse group of learners in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess daily lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to help each student progress.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Participate in professional development and training sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues on educational initiatives and share resources.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Prior classroom teaching experience, preferably in a formal school or training setting.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory teaching practices.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learner needs.

Required skills

• Lesson planning: designing clear objectives, activities, and assessments.
