Full/Associate/Assistant Professor of Business Administration – Kuwait

About the role

The American International University (AIU) seeks dynamic full‑time faculty for its School of Business in Kuwait. The position requires relocation (unaccompanied candidates only) and involves teaching, research, and service within a multicultural academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate business administration courses, including organization behaviour, operations management, business computer applications, introduction to business, and general education.
• Develop and update curriculum, integrating emerging technologies such as AI.
• Supervise senior theses or capstone projects.
• Conduct scholarly research and publish in peer‑reviewed venues.
• Participate in school and university service, including accreditation activities (e.g., AACSB).

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of university‑level teaching experience for associate/full professor ranks.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and a strong record of professional or research contributions.
• Experience working effectively in multicultural academic settings.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard business software.
• Experience implementing AI technologies in teaching or research.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
