About the role
Qima Coffee is seeking a Global Commercial Manager to act as the CEO’s day‑to‑day commercial integrator for its worldwide green coffee business. Based in Amman, you will connect country managers, origin teams, logistics, finance and customers across all markets, turning commercial intent into measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance across all international markets, ensuring opportunities are captured and momentum is maintained.
- Support, coach, and challenge country managers in Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East to close deals and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain visibility over major opportunities, key accounts, inventory priorities and overall commercial activity.
- Identify and unblock bottlenecks before they become problems, and spot opportunities that others may miss.
- Align origin, logistics, sales and finance teams around commercial objectives and ensure timely decision‑making.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles within a global, multi‑market environment.
- Strong commercial judgement combined with operational effectiveness.
- Excellent people skills with a track record of developing and influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to make sound decisions with imperfect information and drive results.
