Senior Bidding Officer

About the role

The Senior Bidding Officer will lead the identification of business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop winning proposals that align with Tarjama&'s strategic goals. This role requires strong bilingual communication, risk assessment, and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams to secure contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted market research to uncover potential opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and commercial teams to gather information for comprehensive proposals.
• Prepare and organize bid documents, ensuring they are visually appealing and responsive to client needs.
• Assess technical and commercial risks for each bid and participate in feasibility studies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase bid efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of bid opportunities, submissions, and outcomes for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Business Economics, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in proposal development and project management.
• Proven ability to write and edit proposals in a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
