About the role
LAWAZEM is looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Sales to shape and execute its sales strategy. In this senior leadership position you will drive revenue growth, lead a high‑performing sales team, and align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that support company goals and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the company’s reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure effective use of sales tools and CRM systems to optimize processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, such as Head of Sales or Sales Director.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
