Growth Marketing Manager – CRM & Loyalty Lead

About the role

Octopus by RTG is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead app marketing, CRM, and loyalty initiatives for its digital products. You will own end‑to‑end campaign execution, data‑driven analysis, and vendor relationships while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute mobile app marketing campaigns, including push notifications, in‑app content, and offer builds.
• Develop and manage automated CRM programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation phases.
• Oversee loyalty program operations: earn/burn mechanics, reward catalog, point thresholds, and expiry policies.
• Plan and run booster campaigns to increase redemption and point accumulation.
• Write and maintain BigQuery SQL queries on transactional, GA4, and CRM data sources.
• Build dashboards for stakeholders using Python, Looker Studio, and internal tools.
• Prepare monthly leadership reports and conduct incremental sales analysis for offers and campaigns.
• Serve as primary contact for loyalty platform vendors, CRM agencies, app development partners, MMP, and analytics providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, or customer engagement.
• Hands‑on execution of app marketing campaigns and management of CRM agency relationships.
• Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics and customer engagement tactics.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and produce actionable insights.

• BigQuery and advanced SQL.
• Python for data manipulation and reporting.
• Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) for dashboard creation.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) event tracking.
• CRM platform configuration and automation.
