Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert you will be the first and last point of contact for guests at our hotel in Aqaba. You will create memorable first and final impressions by guiding guests through smooth arrival and departure experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide local area highlights.
• Process operational needs such as luggage handling, room key issuance, and documentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues during their stay.
• Complete daily reports and communicate relevant information to other hotel departments.
• Move, lift, and transport objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
