Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

As a Guest Arrival Expert you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at our hotel in Aqaba. You will ensure each interaction is memorable, creating a welcoming atmosphere from check‑in through check‑out while upholding Marriott’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through arrival and departure processes, providing information and assistance.
• Process operational tasks such as room assignments, key issuance, and departure paperwork.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues during their stay.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on guest interactions and operational activities.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring confidentiality.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided (heavier items with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform basic manual handling.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and willingness to follow procedures.
