Hospital Sales Supervisor – Infant Nutrition

About the role

Teeba, a leading FMCG company in Jordan, is seeking a Hospital Sales Supervisor for its Infant Nutrition Business Unit (Nuralac). The role focuses on managing key hospital accounts, ensuring product availability, and driving sales performance while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key hospital accounts, achieving sales targets and product availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders, key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key decision makers (KDMs).
• Monitor hospital consumption, sales trends, forecasts and competitor activities.
• Lead hospital business planning, negotiations, product listings and public tenders.
• Coordinate with third‑party distributors to ensure effective sales execution and timely pharmacy activities.
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations, the WHO Code and Teeba policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nutrition, Biology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Medical Representative, including at least 2 years in hospital channel sales.
• Strong knowledge of hospital sales, account management and product availability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Good command of English.
