Hospitality Sales Associate (Commission-Based)

About the role

NOWAH Technologies develops AI-powered solutions that help restaurants and hospitality businesses streamline operations and improve customer engagement. It is hiring a full-time hybrid Hospitality Associate (Commission Sales Associate) based in Amman, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role covers the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the restaurant and hospitality sectors and present NOWAH's solutions
• Conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads and schedule and deliver product demonstrations
• Maintain accurate records in the sales CRM and follow up on inbound inquiries
• Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to address client needs
• Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets
• Represent the company professionally, build long-term relationships and give market feedback to refine offerings and messaging

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience prospecting, qualifying leads and closing deals in a B2B environment
• Ability to explain technical concepts and AI-based solutions simply, with strong presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with the restaurant, hospitality or retail sectors and interest in technology-driven solutions
• Proactive, goal-oriented, able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Amman
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute for formal education
