Hotel Tailor – Linen, Uniform & Guest Garment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Tailor to join our hotel team and ensure that all linen, uniforms, drapery and guest garments are maintained to the highest standards. You will play a key part in delivering a professional and memorable experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests and staff.
• Fix and repair linen, uniforms, drapery and other textiles.
• Perform minor mending or alterations to guest garments.
• Complete repairs promptly to meet operational needs.
• Maintain an orderly workspace and clean surfaces daily.
• Assist with inventory checks when required.
• Report any faulty equipment to the Supervisor immediately.
• Observe all health and safety requirements related to uniform handling.
• Participate in training sessions organized by the Supervisor or HR.

Required profile

• High school diploma, vocational training or at least one year of work experience.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow safety guidelines.
