About the role
Key Jordan is offering a structured HR internship that provides fresh graduates with hands‑on exposure to human‑resource operations and consulting projects. Interns will work alongside seasoned consultants, assisting in day‑to‑day HR tasks and gaining insight into strategic HR advisory services. The program is designed to develop practical skills in HR outsourcing, manpower secondment, and administrative services, reflecting the company’s comprehensive human‑capital solutions. Participants will rotate through different service lines, allowing them to understand the full spectrum of HR functions within a fast‑growing consultancy.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Eagerness to learn with strong attention to detail
