Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner provides comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and business stakeholders. The role ensures HR practices align with business objectives, enhances employee experience, and maintains compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver seamless onboarding and co‑facilitate induction sessions.
• Manage Mid‑Year and Year‑End performance review processes and support performance improvement plans.
• Update mentee and performance manager data regularly and roll out Global Pulse Survey results.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, Operations, and Talent Acquisition points of contact.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, attrition, leave balances, and diversity.
• Handle day‑to‑day employee queries, payroll adjustments, and exit formalities including exit interviews.
• Support employee relations cases such as grievances and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations or as a Generalist.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, CIPD Level 3) preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Fluent Arabic language skills.
