Human Resources Manager – Hospitality Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the people function for Cloud 7 Residence, a luxury waterfront resort in Aqaba, Jordan. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape recruitment, development and engagement strategies that support the resort’s growth and its commitment to sustainability. The role will serve a diverse workforce across hospitality, food & beverage and retail operations within a vibrant community of 75 fully serviced residences, a presidential villa and shared amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies to attract top talent for the resort.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with local legislation and Kerten Hospitality standards.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and professionalism.
• Oversee training, performance management and career development programmes for staff.
• Drive employee engagement through recognition initiatives and wellness activities.
