Import Specialist

About the role

The Import Specialist will be based on‑site in Amman and will manage the full import cycle for industrial and commercial products, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end import activities, including shipment arrangements and customs documentation.
• Track orders, monitor delivery schedules and resolve any shipment or documentation issues.
• Work closely with finance and logistics to verify invoices, manage duties and taxes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized records, update internal systems and provide professional service to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs procedures and Incoterms.
• Experience in logistics coordination, preferably with industrial or commercial products.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field is preferred.
