Key responsibilities

• Partner with the team to maintain a cozy, safe space where infants thrive.
• Capture daily milestones and share them with parents.
• Assist in delivering age‑appropriate, stimulating activities that spark curiosity.
• Observe each child’s cues, ensure safety, and enrich playtime with language and toys.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and meets all state preschool teacher requirements.
• Flexible and available during business hours.
• Bonus for prior experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
