Influencer Marketing Manager – Remote (Arabic Market)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading influencer marketing agency based in Dubai to hire a remote Influencer Marketing Manager. You will focus on the Arabic‑speaking market, leading influencer casting and campaign execution while collaborating closely with the Dubai headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Own influencer casting for regional campaigns, building a strong network of influencers, agents, and talent managers.
• Translate client briefs into strategic talent recommendations and manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with strategy and client‑servicing teams in Dubai to align on objectives.
• Monitor trends, emerging talent, and platform shifts across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of the Arabic influencer landscape and a track record of successful casting.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
