Inside Sales Specialist – Arabic & English

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Arabic market. You will build and nurture customer relationships using phone, email and chat, promoting the full suite of TeamViewer’s digital workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand business relationships with existing and new customers in the Arabic market.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across the entire TeamViewer product platform.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and keep accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Retention and other internal teams to ensure high service satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages a plus).
• Proven sales experience, preferably with up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Experience in an IT/SaaS environment is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn in an international team.
