Interior Designer II

About the role

Omrania is seeking an Interior Designer II to contribute to high‑performance interior environments for government entities, cultural institutions, and private developers. The role involves working from concept through construction documentation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project concept designs, models, drawings and reports, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Maintain design quality standards, meet project deadlines and deliverables under the guidance of senior designers.
• Coordinate BIM models, uphold BIM quality, and implement the project BIM Execution Plan.
• Participate in design coordination with architecture, civil, structure, MEP, landscape and other specialist consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of interior design experience, including at least 1 year in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of design principles, project delivery processes and basic building codes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM processes, implementation and workflows.
• Ability to produce high‑quality design documents and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
