Inventory Accountant (QuickBooks)

About the role

Titan Distribution, a leading electronics and mobile technology distributor, is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Accountant to join its finance team in Amman. The role focuses on managing inventory‑related accounting processes using QuickBooks Desktop.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations in QuickBooks Desktop.
• Track and reconcile inventory movements and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
• Process vendor bills, payments, and perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare accounting reports.
• Support month‑end closing and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure proper inventory‑accounting workflows and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in an inventory‑based business.
• Strong hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Solid understanding of inventory accounting, stock movement, and vendor transactions.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
