CRM Coordinator – Audit & Assurance Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented CRM‑PMD Coordinator to join Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance team. In this associate‑level position you will support data analysis, manage the portfolio management database and drive CRM initiatives for both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and generate regular reports for audit and assurance projects.
• Maintain and update the portfolio management database ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support CRM activities, including client data onboarding and ongoing data quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, coordinating remotely with colleagues in different time zones.
• Ensure consistency of data across Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Proactive mindset and confidence in a remote work environment.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
