Investment Associate – Venture Capital (Amman)

About the role

F6 Ventures is looking for an Investment Associate to join its Amman office. You will be involved in the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing promising startups to supporting portfolio companies and contributing to fundraising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities across priority sectors and markets.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, legal documentation review, and transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
• Assist portfolio companies with fundraising, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Support fund‑raising activities, investor reporting, and LP communications.
• Represent F6 Ventures at ecosystem events and maintain a strong network within the startup and investment community.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity or investment banking.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with the venture‑capital ecosystem in Jordan and the Levant.
• Passion for working with founders and high‑potential innovative companies.
