Investment & Relationship Manager

About the role

Istathmir is looking for an experienced investment and relationship management professional to lead private capital fundraising and build strategic relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices and private investors. The role focuses on securing investment commitments ahead of fund launches, accelerating fund closures and building a strong network of recurring investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead private capital fundraising and secure investor commitments ahead of fund launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, family offices and private investors.
• Identify and develop new investment opportunities across local and regional markets.
• Manage investor relationships from initial engagement through to investment closure.
• Develop fundraising strategies and maintain an active investor pipeline.
• Monitor fundraising performance, investor conversion and repeat investment activity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in investment management, private banking, wealth management, fundraising, private equity or a related field.
• Proven track record of raising capital and closing investment commitments.
• An established network of HNWIs, family offices or private investors.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in real estate or alternative investments is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical and relationship management skills.
