Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager

About the role

The Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager will source, engage and close high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs) for investment tickets in hospitality and wellness projects, then nurture them as long‑term members. This relationship‑driven, target‑based role requires a charismatic professional who can present a premium investment story with confidence and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and close HNWIs and business owners to purchase investment tickets up to JOD 100 K.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline from first contact to signed subscription and receipt of funds.
• Present the club, its projects and the investment case in one‑to‑one meetings, private dinners and investor events.
• Handle objections on returns, risk, exit and timelines with accuracy and transparency.
• Leverage personal network, referrals and introductions to grow the investor base.
• Act as the main point of contact for each investor before and after investment, delivering a premium, hospitality‑level experience.
• Organise site visits, member gatherings and project previews, and share regular updates.
• Work with investment and project teams to stay current on progress across four projects and prepare investor updates, reports and key milestones.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, submit weekly pipeline and monthly fundraising reports to management.

Required profile

• 5+ years in private banking, wealth management, investment sales, real‑estate investment or luxury sales to HNWIs.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value deals (JOD 50 K+ per client).
• Existing network of HNWIs, family offices or business owners in Jordan and/or the GCC is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, hospitality management or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong personal presence, charisma and confidence with senior and affluent audiences.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and negotiation skills.
• Hospitality mindset: polished, discreet and service‑oriented.
