IT Quality Control Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Quality Control Officer to ensure the quality, reliability and stability of our digital solutions. The role involves planning and executing comprehensive testing activities across various applications and services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, regression and system testing for IT applications and digital services.
• Review business requirements to guarantee adequate test coverage and prepare test scenarios, cases and data.
• Identify, document, track and follow up on defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Development, Business and other IT teams to analyse and resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing after fixes and new releases and support UAT activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Software Testing Life Cycle and quality processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Quality Control or Software Testing.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
