Junior Account Manager – Marketing & Creative

About the role

Abu Soufeh Group is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join its Marketing & Creative Department in Amman. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to support marketing and branding initiatives across a diversified portfolio of companies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing and branding activities for multiple brands within the Group.
• Assist in coordinating campaigns and projects from planning through delivery.
• Liaise with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, agencies and suppliers.
• Track project timelines, approvals, deliverables and deadlines.
• Help with content planning, scheduling and social‑media coordination.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, proposals and campaign documents.
• Organise meetings, take notes, and circulate action items and status updates.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, task lists and marketing schedules.
• Ensure marketing assets follow approved brand guidelines.
• Support events, launches and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, account management or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
