Junior Human Resources Officer

About the role

Key Jordan is an HR consultancy and outsourcing company offering HR outsourcing, manpower secondment, administrative services and strategic HR advisory. It is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join its team in an outsourced capacity, supporting several clients by managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance and delivering a high-quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as HR focal point for assigned clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high service quality
• Support and run the full HR lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance support and offboarding
• Manage and validate payroll coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and labour law
• Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), keeping data accurate and reports efficient
• Lead and support recruitment, including sourcing, screening and coordination with hiring managers
• Help develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and internal regulations
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and client-specific regulations
• Handle client inquiries and issues to deliver a strong employee experience
• Prepare and analyse HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, attendance)
• Support performance management, including follow-ups on evaluations and KPIs/OKRs
• Take part in HR projects and process improvements, coordinate with internal teams and visit clients regularly

Required profile

• Maximum 2 years of experience in HR
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Willingness to travel to client locations
