Junior KYC & Due Diligence Analyst

About the role

A growing due diligence and business intelligence team in Amman is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior KYC & Due Diligence Analyst. The role suits fresh graduates with strong research skills, an interest in corporate investigations and compliance, and a passion for using technology and AI-powered tools. The analyst conducts KYC, background verification and corporate due diligence research on companies and individuals across several jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct KYC, compliance and due diligence research on companies and individuals.
• Review corporate records, regulatory information, public databases and online sources.
• Verify corporate ownership, management structures and business activities.
• Assist in preparing professional due diligence and investigative reports.
• Gather, analyze and organize information from multiple sources.
• Support enhanced due diligence assignments and risk assessment projects.
• Use AI and technology tools to improve research efficiency and report preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Support other compliance, research and business intelligence activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Law, Finance, International Relations, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Professional attitude, fast learner, strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferred: internship or prior experience in compliance, KYC, AML, due diligence, legal research, business intelligence, risk management, investigations or corporate services; knowledge of beneficial ownership and public record searches; additional languages.

Required skills

• Strong IT and computer skills.
• Practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or Gemini.
