Junior PMO Professional (18‑month contract)

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Junior PMO Professional to support its specialized portfolio enterprise across the Middle East and Turkey. This 18‑month temporary position will focus on standardising project data, building dashboards, and providing visibility into the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to project portfolio management processes and train teams on these processes.
• Integrate multiple technical applications and systems to collect, analyse and report project data.
• Create new data sets, dashboards and reports for stakeholders using defined procedures.
• Develop and maintain metrics on project performance, compliance and process efficiency.
• Support the Strategic Marketing & Technology (SMT) team with Annual Operation Plan and Organizational Growth Drivers reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, delivery processes and portfolio management.
• Strong communication and cross‑collaboration skills; high level of English.
• Willingness to travel regionally (15‑20 %).
